Marc LEPAGE, Président, General Manager
Mr. LEPAGE was President and founder of TMI Inc. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. During his tenure at TMI Inc. Mr. Lepage has gained valuable experience in all aspects of shop fabrication and site installation where he has acquired a solid track record in quality control. In addition, over the years, he and his team have developed strong expertise in industrial millwrighting and installation and repairs of steam boilers. Throughout his career, he has worked for various companies as project-site leader, quality control director, project director dans project estimator, adding up to 15 years of experience. he has also worked in partnership with several regional companies on projects in Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia. His skills in team management and hands on experience makes him a top level partner and a strategic asset for the future of our company.

Yvon LEBOUTHILLIER, Vice-President
Marketing & Sales
Mr. LEBOUTHILLIER has over thirty years of experience in utilities and industrial industry. He has worked in sales and project management for multinationals such as Babcock & Wilcox and Kvaerner Power. During this period, he has managed projects across Canada, the United States, several Caribbean countries and South America. Prior to joining Alco-Tmi, Mr. LeBouthillier was the Director of a multi-million dollar project where he was in charge of a team of engineers and technicians based in North Carolina, USA and in Tampere, Finland. His broad knowledge of specialised industrial process equipment and his national and international network makes him a key member of the board of directors. Mr. LeBouthillier is a member of PMI et PAPTAC-Steam Steam Committee.

Martin COSSETTE, Vice-President
Field Operations
Mr. COSSETTE was a partner of Alco Mécanique for 11 years and a Vice President for the last three years prior to the merger of the company. He has built his career over the past 20 years in providing leadership roles for a wide array of major field projects. He has developed advance skills in the fields of piping and industrial mechanics as well as team management and project execution. He has worked on the development of consortium agreements and partnerships with other companies in order to provide turnkey project execution of multi-million dollar projects. His proven skills and leadership makes him an excellent manager and a partner in the development of our company.

Normand BOUCHARD, Eng. - Engineering & Plant Manager
Mr. BOUCHARD has received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. He has worked in the fabrication sector for most of that period where he has strenghtened his technical and administrative talents in the field of : Organisation, Planning, Management, Projects and of Human Resources. He has a wide array of experience in designing pressurized equipment such as steam boilers, heat exchangers, tanks and evaporators. He has an in-depth knowledge of the ASME standards which is of critical importance in our product line. He has managed his own engineering consulting firm, where he provided designing and technical support services to many large corporations. Prior to joining Alco-Tmi, Mr. Bouchard was working as a consultant to the oil industry in India. His presence is key to attaining the goals set forth by our company.

Lucie LAVOIE, Director
Accounting and Corporate finances
Mrs. LAVOIE has been in charge of accounting involved with Alco Mécanique for over 19 years. She has a College Degree in Accounting, and a solid track record in management. At the beginning of her career, she spent several years with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where she developed accounting, auditing, computer system, and organisational skills. With great determination and adaptibility to manage varied and complicated financial transactions, she was able to develop and lead a highly efficient administrative team, which contributed to the success of ALCO-TMI INC.. Her skills in accounting, financial analysis, management, and her leadership makes her a valued contributor to the success of our company.
